My dear friends,
This Sunday, I invite you to reflect on Jesus’ beautiful parable of the shepherd who leaves ninety-nine sheep to find just one that’s lost.
In our busy lives, we all wander sometimes, don’t we? I’ve certainly felt lost on my journey.
Yet God searches for each of us personally, with persistence and love that knows no limits.
When found, the shepherd doesn’t scold but carries the sheep home on his shoulders, rejoicing! Our heavenly Father celebrates each time we return to Him.
Join us as we explore this tender reminder of God’s relentless love for you.
With affection in Christ,
Archsbishop ++Sean Alexander, DD, OSB
